1. Important Notice – Vape Product Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of vape products, pods, cartridges, disposables, and related accessories:

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been tampered with.

  • All sales may be considered final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective upon arrival

  • Incorrect item received

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please email:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of packaging (if damaged)

  • Description of the issue

We may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (at our discretion)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened vape devices

  • Used pods or cartridges

  • E-liquids (opened or unopened, depending on regulations)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

This policy protects customers and ensures product safety.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.

8. Age-Restricted Products

If we determine that a purchase was made by someone under the legal age, the order will be canceled and refunded (minus any applicable processing fees).

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:
